24/25 PHYSICAL INFORMATION
Yough Sports Physicals 2024-2025
Where: High School Gymnasium
When: Wednesday June 5th, 8:00 AM
We will be going by grade level
7th and 8th grade: 8:00
9th and 10th grade: 9:00
11th and 12th grade: 10:00
*Siblings are permitted to come together regardless of grade level*
How Much: $13.00 cash only
Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year will be taking place at Yough Senior High School on Wednesday June 5th beginning at 8:00 for grades 7th-12th. All athletes MUST sign up in the high school/middle school office with Mrs. Huss or Mrs. Pezek. All athletes will then receive a PIAA Physical Packet that MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED BY THURSDAY MAY 22nd (Except Section 6). No late physicals packets will be accepted. Money will be collected upon athlete’s arrival.

* IMPACT TESTING: If your child is competing in a school organized sport for the first time, they must complete an Impact Baseline Test. All others, your child must complete a baseline test every 2 years. Please contact Colleen Babjak, ATC if you are uncertain whether your child needs to complete one. Please contact via email at cbabjak@excelahealth.org. Links will be emailed to student's emails.
*If entering 11th grade, you must copy and send your physical to the high school nurse. This is a graduation requirement.

2023-2024 Senior Citizen Passes
Complimentary Senior Citizen Passes for Athletic Events are available in the high school office starting on August 21st.
Please come to door #26 in the front of the building with your drivers license.
Senior Citizens who are Yough School District residents and are sixty-two (62) years of age or older shall be admitted without charge to all school events with a complimentary senior citizen pass. This includes sporting events as well as drama and musical productions of the Yough School District. This pass will not be honored for athletic play-off games, special tournaments or parent group sponsored events.
Summer Office Hours are from 7am to 2pm.
